How do I place an order?Select your product and size from the Shop, provide the requested customization information, and complete payment at checkout.
After checkout, visit the How It Works page to upload your photographs and provide the remaining memorial details. Your order-confirmation number will be required.
Do I pay in full when ordering?Yes. All website orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Applicable sales tax and selected delivery or shipping charges are applied at checkout.
Orders placed manually through Facebook, Messenger, or another approved method may be subject to separate payment terms.
How do I submit my photographs?After completing checkout, visit the How It Works page and complete the photograph and memorial-information submission form.
You will need the order-confirmation number provided after checkout so your photographs can be matched to your purchase.
What type of photographs should I submit?Submit the highest-resolution original files available.
For the best print quality:
Upload original digital photographs
Avoid screenshots
Avoid heavily compressed social-media images
Do not crop the photograph before submission
Avoid blurry, dark, or pixelated images
Submit photographs without filters whenever possible
MEMORIA will contact you if an image may not reproduce well at the selected size.
Can you use a photograph of a printed picture?Yes. Printed photographs may be scanned or carefully photographed.
For the best results, place the printed photograph on a flat surface in even lighting and avoid glare, shadows, or reflections.
Significant damage, fading, scratches, or missing areas may require advanced photo restoration for an additional fee.
Is photo editing included?Basic preparation is included and may involve:
Cropping
Minor brightness adjustments
Basic color correction
Placement within the design
Simple background cleanup when appropriate
Advanced restoration, extensive background removal, reconstruction, or major photo repair may require an additional fee. You will be informed before any additional charge is applied.
Can the design include more than one photograph?Yes. Single-photo portraits, collages, life timelines, and multi-photo tribute designs are available.
The number of photographs that can be used effectively depends on the product size and selected layout. Smaller products may require fewer photographs to keep faces and details visible.
Can you create Catholic or faith-centered designs?Yes. Faith-centered designs may include appropriate imagery, prayers, scripture, saints, crosses, Our Lady of Guadalupe, rosary elements, floral accents, or other requested religious details.

How many revisions are included?Each custom memorial design includes two proof revisions.
Revisions may include reasonable changes to:
